An admin fee of $500.00 is due from the outgoing Tenant and a $250.00 make-ready fee.  (these fees are due before subtenant can move-in)

After both applications are received a one-page document will be sent to all Tenants.  A one-page guarantor form will also be sent to the guarantor for signature.

The deposit of one month’s rent is due from the subtenant within 48 hours of receiving link to portal.

Outgoing Tenant is responsible to ensure subtenant has front, back & bedroom door codes and WiFi code.
